This is probably one of the best self-help books I’ve read about anxiety and phobias. It has all the practical knowledge every person needs to know when it comes to understanding and eventually overcoming panic attacks. Although brief but it is well studied/researched practical tips and advise given. Panic attacks may struck in any given time so you need to be aware how to handle each situation in life If you think you have this symptoms. Hugely recommended read.
