In this book, you get the benefits of her education, years of experience, and finely honed instincts. The workbook itself has down to earth insights, recommendations, and do-able exercises that you don’t have to be a clinician to use. There’s a section for therapists to use to help guide their clients that I’ve found highly useful, as well. I’ve been sharing the title with my patients, and recently loaned it to a colleague to review for use in her practice.
