Now, this book explains many interesting examples and gives clear advices to control and face with a cure the social anxiety, I really recommend it, as I said it’s good for the people who are inside this modest group, and also for those who are in charge of people with this problems. Now, as teacher, I’ve seen many students developing fears, definitely I will recommend this book to some of them, and I will use some advices myself to keep helping them.

This was the book I needed!,
After reading everything contained here I can attest that in my opinion: yes, the book brings us closer to happiness with all the knowledge it shares.
What was especially surprising for me – in a positive way – was that the author is referring extensively to Science. There are many information about hormones and the ways they impact the state of our mind. This is a great advantage!
Also one can learn how to become happier by changing the surroundings, by working with ones mindfulness (not only through formal meditation), or by controlling the way we react to things happening in our life.
I also enjoyed the length of the book. It is easy to read and you don’t have to spend days on going through the text. I’m happy to recommend it to other seekers of true, long-lasting happiness!
