    Mindful meditation is meant to end suffering and to teach us to live in the moment and In addition to this being a Buddhist based practice, the practice of mindful mediation has been noticed in the scientific and medical communities and the benefits to using mindfulness are fantastic and now there is scientific evidence to back up the powerful, centuries old healing practice and the following chapters will discuss the science behind how mindfulness works, what it can do to improve your overall well being, help you to find your inner peace, awakening and exercise on how to meditate mindfully and this is a really interesting book. Its well written and provides clear instructions on meditation techniques and i was quite skeptical at first on the effectiveness of practicing of mindfulness but after trying for a couple of sessions daily, it did help me to feel less anxious and more calm. I will continue practice the techniques for the great health benefits and being mindful is very important and I think book this book shows valuable mindfulness is in our life and though I am not familiar in this subject, I have learned a great deal from this book. I would recommend this to all individuals who wants peace of mind and stress free life
