This is really a great book for introverts. I truly learn a lot from this book. My favorite topics on this book are on the chapters about how to be more confident when socializing in a group and when you are having a conversation with someone.
I believe this book will make you more confident in life.. especially, this book will help you increase your self-esteem and socializing skills and communication skills in some other way.
In here, Joseph Cherwood shares 30 great methods on how to become more socially active.
He specifically states that even if you are introvert, you can actually increase your confidence through social events, or even informal events or talking to strangers, and he will give you ideas, tips, and tricks on how to do that.
I would also like to add the strengths of an introvert that can also be utilized when socializing to a group. Introverts love to listen (Method #11).. Yes, that’s one of the strengths of an introvert.. By listening,they can gain more trust from the people, and definitely they are more likeable as well.
I also like the advice about initiating conversations, opening up, using your thinking ability, talking to strangers, showing up, and many more great advice.
This is a book for those introverts who would like to increase their confidence socially and personally.
This is a Gold-Mine.
I’m sure after you’re reading this book, you’d be more confident in showing up to events, talking to people either by group or alone, opening up, speaking up, and many more.

Great ideas for anyone’s health,
Another problem…my husband won’t eat these kinds of meals. Although he doesn’t mind eating healthy, most of these recipes
he would never consider. Therefore, I will need to cook twice each meal!
I know, I need to be positive. I promise, I am working on that. I’ve learned to let the little things go. I am well on my way to reducing stress. It’s just that I still have low energy, and all of these adrenal diets take so much preparation!

However curing the disease is not so easy one need to go through some method,
Dr Pat’s Adrenal Fatigue gave a good insight about the disease through the chapters
