    This book does not denigrate introverts. It is a concise collection of tools to navigate life in a world that credits extroverts and overlooks the amazing qualities of introverts. The author even includes a list of careers that are well suited to introverts which I haven’t seen in any other books on the topic. There’s useful information on dealing with anxiety, increasing self-confidence, practicing mindfulness, how to act in social situations, protecting your alone time, how our posture affects people’s response to us, etc. The difference between shyness and introversion is examined and dealt with. This is a book I will reread. I had to restrain myself from copious hilighting. I ordered this free on Kindle but found it invaluable. Thank you to the author.

    This book is excellent, and came highly recommended. It’s the sort of book you have for months before reading (until you get really desperate for answers) because you think you’ve already done some of the work just by owning it. I can’t promise that you’ll be a completely new person; that’s not what mindfulness is about. It’s just about being able to breathe and sit there. The book won’t give you any answers on how to change yourself; it will just show you how to stay with yourself and wait for thoughts to settle. They are just thoughts after all, and only have as much power as you give them. I would highly recommend this programme to anyone with issues around anxiety, chronic pain, stress etc.; or simply anyone who would like to learn simple mindful meditation.

    This book is well written and here I have found some comprehensive discussion on the topic of mindfulness. Actually, I had a huge interest to know more about mindfulness and for that why I didn’t feel worried to grab this book. Inside of this book the author has described some step by step methods on how to deduce stress and anxiety through mindfulness techniques. By reading this book I have understood about how to explore my own mindfulness and the importance of it. This book guided me about how to develop my mindset. Here I have found some helpful tips and effective techniques. I am glad to read this book and it’s really a worth reading.

    I’ve just finished this book after just a few days reading and felt driven to write a review because it’s message is so important. It’s now so crystal clear why we’re all driving ourselves mad with anxiety, stress and unhappiness. Understanding how we drive ourselves crazy is one thing, but finding a way out is another and this is where the book excels. It’s written by two people who really know what they’re talking about. Reading this book I feel a lot calmer and more `centered’. I’ve also had two good night sleep on the run, which is a great. For the first time in years I can see a way out of my anxiety and stress. Great book to read!
