As a psychologist working at college counseling setting for years and experienced the difficulty of introducing mindfulness techniques to students in the past, this program/book is excellently customer-designed for college students and created a big hit in the university community the very first time I’ve done it. Students loved it and attended every session!…

    It very hand-on and user friendly, probably not too hard for someone who does not have a whole lot of experiences practicing meditation themselves. Of course, if the leader has previous experiences, they can talk more convincingly. It was a pleasure for me to read and lead the group, keep myself back to meditation, feeling grounded, and revisited or obtained some answers the first times for the questions I had long ago as a student in meditation class.
