    Wow! There is a lot packed into this book. I’ve never been one for meditating but I’ve found that the stress in my life as well as depression are getting to me. I think it’s time that I start incorporating these techniques into my everyday life. Will talks about how meditation can help us with mindfully expressing strong feelings, I know that I need help in that area. I tend to just overload and then blow up often hurting those around me with what I’ve said. I’m not a bit proud of that fact, and wish that it was not a part of my life. But I’m glad to know that there are ways to cope with those feelings meaningfully and mindfully and that there are ways to relax your body so that you’re not on overload all the time.

    I have felt so relieved after reading this Meditation book. I feel that it is now possible for me to achieve peace and, indeed, start living a life that I’ve always dreamed of. It is right that no matter what we own–latest gadgets, a big house, a luxurious car– we can still feel lonely and empty inside. We need meditation in order to be completely happy and at peace. This is what this book has told me, has taught me and has given me. I am positive that with regular practice, I can do it. This book has taught me how to meditate so that I can get rid of my stress for good, avoid anxiety and depression and eventually feel happy and at peace with my life.

    The thing I love best about Sarah’s book is that it hits different meditation techniques in a simple easy to follow way. I have read way too many other books that just jump into the deep end of the pool without paying consideration for people like myself who are just trying to learn the ropes. I felt immediate results after trying the methods suggested in this book. I felt an almost immediate drop in my stress levels as well as anxiety. Even better I feel much happier thanks to Sarah’s wonderful book!

    After many of my friends recommended meditation I took it upon myself to give it a try. After various searches I found the guides out there to be too daunting and sometimes too short and inconclusive. In fact I found more stuff on the benefits of meditation than guides on how to properly meditate. After all that frustration I decided it was time to get a comprehensive guide, and I’m sure glad I did. This book taught me how to properly meditate and now I make meditation part of my daily routine. If you want to get into meditation but just don’t know where to start this is a great guide.
